The Gardens at Qualicum Beach (2003-2005)

Seniorhome served as Development Manager for CPAC Care Holdings Ltd.  This 215-unit integrated development on a former high school site combined funded, licensed Complex Care with funded and private pay Assisted Living and independent owner-occupied condominium units, in a “campus of care” setting.  Our mandate included:

• Liaising with corporate staff;
• Coordinating design team selection;
• Site purchase;
• Development approvals, rezoning; and
• Regional marketing activities.
