Seniorhome represented the development subsidiary of a Credit Union in sourcing appropriate socially responsible development opportunities.  Our mandate included:

• Site and development partner selection;
• Projecting development and operational costs for a variety of social program operations;
• Municipal land use planning and negotiation;
• Non-profit governance and mission assessments; and
• Integration of social programs with government funded health and social programs.
